Thank you very much for being willing to open up. Please get to the United Church at about 9am, get the ride-on toys out from under the stage plus pieces of carpet and the large square coloured mats (to put in the upper hall for the babies), and the slide/tent/sandpit/trampoline (you choose).

Could you please bring 1-2 pints of milk and a packet or two of biscuits (if you think the biscuit stock might be low). Feel free to not pay subs that day or claim the cost back from Kathi.

From the cupboard in the small hall, get out the kitchen, work bench, baby and other toys and from the smaller cupboard the two boxes of cups etc for drinks, plus craft materials/playdough/books/puzzles (again you choose)! Please turn on the water boiler in the cupboard under the sink and, if it’s cold, the heating in the cupboard in the small hall (2 switches on white plugs).

If you find you can’t do a date, please swap with someone else. We have 2 sets of keys, one of which the person opening the week before should give to you. If we keep one set for Tuesdays and one for Thursdays we should always know where they are (we had to pay a substantial deposit to get these when the locks were changed)! After your turn, please pass on your set of keys to the person on the rota for the same day the following week. The gate should be open – if not the key is in the PA cupboard to the right just after going through the double doors on the left.

If anyone would like to bake a few cakes or cookies on any of these dates to sell for playgroup funds, that would be really appreciated.
